We later arranged to send you a replacement, but unfortunately the recent typhoon disrupted those plans as well. I completely understand how important this was, especially as it was meant to be a birthday gift. If there is still enough time, we can send the replacement out again for you. Or, if you prefer, we can arrange a full refund. Either option is completely fine.
