FAQs
Please read our FAQs page to find out more.
Will the doll I receive look the same as the photos on the website?
Dear customer, yes, it will be 100% the same. All of our doll photos are taken with a real camera. We do not use AI-generated images that simply look like babies. As you can see, most of our doll photos are taken in the same setting. However, because they are real photographs, there may be slight differences in lighting, so the actual doll may have very minor color variations. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.
Before purchasing, we recommend carefully reading the buying guide, as many customers have specific preferences. We have provided detailed explanations about the differences between vinyl bodies and cloth bodies. Most of the photos shown on the website feature dolls with cloth bodies, so please choose according to your needs to make the right purchasing decision.
How do I choose between a vinyl body and a cloth body?
Cloth Body：
A cloth body doll has a vinyl head, arms, and legs, while the torso is made of cloth. Dolls with cloth bodies can be posed more naturally, as their bodies can move freely and bend in different angles. When held, they feel softer, more like cuddling a baby. They are suitable for hugging, for expectant mothers to practice holding a baby, and for children who enjoy caring for a “baby-like” doll.
Vinyl Body：
A vinyl body doll is made entirely of vinyl material. The vinyl is soft when squeezed, but this softness does not allow the body to move freely like a cloth body. The joints can only move in fixed directions. Vinyl body dolls are usually more suitable for children who play more roughly, as vinyl is more durable and resistant to wear.
If you would like to simulate bathing a baby, a vinyl body is also a suitable choice.
How do I make payment?
You can place orders on our website using major credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal. Currently, we do not accept checks or money orders. ChimiDoll is not responsible for any bank fees incurred if charges accepted by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or AMEX cause customers to exceed their available credit limit or available debit funds. All orders are subject to acceptance.

Do I need to pay customs duties?
ChimiDoll has already covered the customs duties and clearance fees for your country, so there are no additional import taxes for you to pay.
Is shipping free?
We offer two delivery options for your convenience. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $39. For standard delivery, the cost is $6.9, and if you need it faster, choose our expedited shipping option for $24. Click here to view our complete shipping policy and delivery times.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
How soon after I make payment will my order be shipped?
We require 1 day to process orders and typically ship within 48 hours. If we rest on weekends, your order will be shipped on Monday.
When will my order arrive?
The delivery time depends on your country or region. Different countries have varying delivery times. Click here to see different delivery times.

We have a few reborn baby dolls so this is a lovely addition to our family. It’s our first interactive reborn which my granddaughters loved. When you add the 3 AA batteries she will cry, giggle or snore.Comes with a nursing bottle, a magnetic pacifier & clip, a diaper, birth certificate and an outfit.I’d recommend this for ages four plus due to the weight.

I purchased 3 of these babies for the recovery group I lead at my church. These dolls are used in a ceremony for grieving mothers who regret and mourn the loss of their children due to miscarriage. Every woman who has held these babies has told me about the profound impact and difference it has made. The lifelike features make them truly feel like they are holding their own child. The quality and price of these dolls are amazing! I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and will consider investing in more as the group grows.

Brought this for my daughter’s birthday, she’s wanted a realistic baby for ages and I wanted to get a nice one without breaking the bank. This was expensive as I paid for the full silicone body, but it was worth it. The doll looks adorable, you can obviously tell it’s a doll but still very realistic and heavy weight too. I know my daughter is going to absolutely love it and I was very impressed. If you’re looking for a decent realistic baby doll and don’t want to pay £100s then this is a great choice! Perfect for kids present.
