My granddaughter absolutely loves her Ava twins. Annabelle is the interactive doll and Isabelle is the soft body type, same Ava doll but the hand painting makes them different which is fabulous. An extremely happy 7 year old. Great customer service and decent shipping time. Beautiful dolls and will definitely purchase again.

I purchased this for my granddaughter as a gift it came with out eye lashes. Was so disappointed I did send a email & got a quick reply saying they would send out another dolls head.
