General Timeframe:
Claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted to kaijensen@chimidoll.com within 30 days of receiving the item.
Claims for reasons unrelated to product quality, such as "dislike" or "unwanted," must be submitted to kaijensen@chimidoll.com within 14 days of receiving the item. However, if you do not use your item and keep it in its original condition and packaging, the timeframe can be extended to 30 days.

Note:
Please do not return items to the sender address on the package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Any return requests not authorized by customer service will not be accepted.
After returning items, customers are responsible for providing a tracking number.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

PayPal Account Refund:
Up to 48 hours
Credit Card Refund:
Between 5-10 business days
For some credit cards, refunds cannot be returned to the original payment account. In this case, we will request the customer to provide their PayPal account for the refund to be completed. Thank you for your understanding.
Chimidoll is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or undelivered returns to our return address during transit.
