Păpușa pe care o primesc va arăta la fel ca fotografiile de pe site?
Dragă client, da, va fi 100% la fel. Toate fotografiile noastre păpuși sunt luate cu o cameră reală. Noi nu folosim imagini generate de AI care pur și simplu arata ca copii. După cum puteți vedea, cele mai multe dintre fotografiile noastre păpuși sunt luate în același cadru. Cu toate acestea, pentru că acestea sunt fotografii reale, pot exista diferențe ușoare în iluminat, astfel încât păpușa reală poate avea variații foarte minore de culoare. Apreciem sincer înțelegerea dumneavoastră.
Inainte de cumparare, va recomandam sa cititi cu atentie ghidul de cumparare, deoarece multi clienti au preferinte specifice. Cum aleg între un corp de vinil și un corp de pânză?
Corpul din material textil:
O păpușă corp pânză are un cap de vinil, brațe și picioare, în timp ce trunchiul este făcut din pânză. Păpușile cu corpuri de pânză pot fi pozate mai natural, deoarece corpurile lor se pot deplasa liber și îndoi în unghiuri diferite. Când sunt ținute, se simt mai moi, mai mult ca îmbrățișarea unui copil. We later arranged to send you a replacement, but unfortunately the recent typhoon disrupted those plans as well. When I received the doll. The head was dented as in the picture. Also the hats are far too big for the doll so I would suggest sizing down the hats to make them for a doll and not a human head. I did like how lifelike it felt but I won't be gifting to my granddaughter now because of the dented head. I would also have to purchase more hats to suitably fit the head.

I bought the ruby doll for my granddaughters 3rd birthday, I think she will love it, I ordered the vinyl body but was sent the soft body, but not too bothered about that as it's for a 3 year old, it's not as real life looking as I expected, but I know my 3 year old granddaughter will love it.

It doesnt loom like the photo its a cheep version of this. No contact have left so many emails asking for a return code and nothing. But when i emailed to ask how long is postage they replied straight away. But 6 emails have been sent asking for return details and completely ignored. Very cheep looking doll.

This doll is very life like. Lovely to hold like a real baby. I’ve bought it for my grandchild she’s gonna love it and I’ll be ordering another for my other granddaughter. Beautiful outfit . Such a perfect doll. I love it for myself and I’m 64. Think old people with dementia would love this baby doll. I was a warden for the council and had a few elderly ladies that had dolls and they were comforted with them believing they were there babies. Something for them to look after. Does no harm if the elderly loves them.

It's just not what we thought it would be and my daughter was disappointed, it's not that it was a bad product it's just not what she thought so personal preference. I sent an email for a return and the staff was incredible, they offered me a refund and we negotiated on what I was happy with which was not a battle at all and received it within 48hours. Overall very impressed.
