Näyttääkö saamani nukke samalta kuin verkkosivuston kuvissa?
Hyvä asiakas, kyllä, se on täysin samanlainen. Kaikki nukkekuvamme on otettu oikealla kameralla. Emme käytä tekoälyllä luotuja kuvia, jotka vain näyttävät vauvoilta. Kuten huomaat, useimmat nukkekuvamme on otettu samassa ympäristössä. Koska kyse on aidoista valokuvista, valaistus voi kuitenkin vaihdella hieman, joten nuken todellisessa värissä voi olla hyvin pieniä eroja. Kiitos ymmärryksestäsi.

Miten valitsen vinyyli- ja kangasvartalon välillä?
Kangasvartalo：
Kangasvartaloisella nukella on vinyylinen pää, kädet ja jalat, mutta keskivartalo on kangasta. Kangasvartaloisen nuken voi asetella luonnollisempiin asentoihin, sillä sen vartalo liikkuu vapaasti ja taipuu eri kulmiin. Sylissä se tuntuu pehmeämmältä, aivan kuin halaisit vauvaa. Se sopii halailuun, vauvan sylissä pitämisen harjoitteluun odottaville vanhemmille sekä lapsille, jotka pitävät vauvanuken hoitamisesta.
Vinyylivartalo：
Vinyylivartaloinen nukke on valmistettu kokonaan vinyylistä. Vinyyli tuntuu puristettaessa pehmeältä, mutta vartalo ei liiku yhtä vapaasti kuin kangasvartalo. Nivelet liikkuvat vain määrättyihin suuntiin. Vinyylivartaloiset nuket sopivat yleensä paremmin vauhdikkaaseen leikkiin, sillä vinyyli on kestävää ja kulutusta sietävää.
Vinyylivartalo sopii myös silloin, kun haluat leikkiä vauvan kylvettämistä.

I felt the website leads you to believe the dolls are silicone which is what my children wanted and they are not they are hard vinyls it’s my own fault to be honest for not reading correctly, the quality for the price isn’t great to be honest, my children were really upset,

We later arranged to send you a replacement, but unfortunately the recent typhoon disrupted those plans as well. I completely understand how important this was, especially as it was meant to be a birthday gift. If there is still enough time, we can send the replacement out again for you. Or, if you prefer, we can arrange a full refund. Either option is completely fine. When I received the doll. The head was dented as in the picture. Also the hats are far too big for the doll so I would suggest sizing down the hats to make them for a doll and not a human head. I did like how lifelike it felt but I won't be gifting to my granddaughter now because of the dented head. I would also have to purchase more hats to suitably fit the head.

I bought the ruby doll for my granddaughters 3rd birthday, I think she will love it, I ordered the vinyl body but was sent the soft body, but not too bothered about that as it's for a 3 year old, it's not as real life looking as I expected, but I know my 3 year old granddaughter will love it.

It doesnt loom like the photo its a cheep version of this. No contact have left so many emails asking for a return code and nothing. But when i emailed to ask how long is postage they replied straight away. But 6 emails have been sent asking for return details and completely ignored. Very cheep looking doll.

This doll is very life like. Lovely to hold like a real baby. I’ve bought it for my grandchild she’s gonna love it and I’ll be ordering another for my other granddaughter. Beautiful outfit . Such a perfect doll. I love it for myself and I’m 64. Think old people with dementia would love this baby doll. I was a warden for the council and had a few elderly ladies that had dolls and they were comforted with them believing they were there babies. Something for them to look after. Does no harm if the elderly loves them.
