Store owner replied: Hi Carlene, I'm really sorry, lovely. Your replacement parcel is still on its way. I've already submitted an urgent request to the courier to see if they can speed up the delivery. We completely understand that the original mistake was our responsibility, and we're truly sorry about that. Unfortunately, we've also noticed that the courier has been taking longer than usual to process parcels recently. I'll continue following up with them and ask them to prioritise your parcel as much as possible. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. We really appreciate it. Best wishes, ChimiDoll xx
