I felt the website leads you to believe the dolls are silicone which is what my children wanted and they are not they are hard vinyls it’s my own fault to be honest for not reading correctly, the quality for the price isn’t great to be honest, my children were really upset,
Ruby 20" Lifelike Reborn Baby Doll
Store owner replied: Hi Louise, Thank you very much for your feedback. We're also very sorry that the doll didn't meet your expectations and that you were disappointed. In the product options for this doll, we have indicated whether each version has a cloth body or a vinyl body. There is also a “Cloth vs Vinyl” comparison guide next to the product options. The product information also mentions that most of the photos and videos feature the cloth body version. We understand that the differences between vinyl and full silicone can sometimes be confusing, and we really appreciate you sharing your shopping experience. Best wishes, ChimiDoll

I ordered an eight weeks ago it still hasn’t arrived. It was for my son‘s birthday and he was very upset.
Ruby 20" Lifelike Reborn Baby Doll
Store owner replied: Hi Elinor, I’m truly sorry. As I mentioned before, your parcel was held by Australian customs for an inspection, which caused a very long delay. We later arranged to send you a replacement, but unfortunately the recent typhoon disrupted those plans as well. I completely understand how important this was, especially as it was meant to be a birthday gift. If there is still enough time, we can send the replacement out again for you. Or, if you prefer, we can arrange a full refund. Either option is completely fine. I’m very sorry for all the trouble and inconvenience this has caused, and I really appreciate your patience and understanding. Best regards, ChimiDoll
When I received the doll. The head was dented as in the picture. Also the hats are far too big for the doll so I would suggest sizing down the hats to make them for a doll and not a human head. I did like how lifelike it felt but I won't be gifting to my granddaughter now because of the dented head. I would also have to purchase more hats to suitably fit the head.
Ruby 20" Lifelike Reborn Baby Doll
Store owner replied: Hi Alison, Thank you very much for your feedback, and we’re very sorry that the accessories were not checked properly before shipping. The hats we normally include are not this large. We do have some larger hats for our bigger dolls, so it looks like the wrong accessory may have been included by mistake. We would be happy to send you the correct replacement hats. We’re also very sorry to see that the doll’s head has been dented. This may have happened due to pressure inside the parcel during shipping. We can arrange to send you a replacement doll as well. Thank you very much for your feedback and understanding. Best regards, ChimiDoll
I bought the ruby doll for my granddaughters 3rd birthday, I think she will love it, I ordered the vinyl body but was sent the soft body, but not too bothered about that as it's for a 3 year old, it's not as real life looking as I expected, but I know my 3 year old granddaughter will love it.
Ruby 20" Lifelike Reborn Baby Doll
Store owner replied: Hi Lynn, We’re very sorry this happened. It looks like we sent the wrong version when your order was shipped, and we really appreciate your understanding. We’d be happy to refund you the price difference. Thank you very much. Best regards, ChimiDoll
These dolls are beaut
