Cancellation or Address Changes:
Once you have completed your order, we will send you a confirmation email, and we will immediately prepare your order. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at kaijensen@chimidoll.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

How to Track My Order?
Once your package has been dispatched, we will send you the tracking number via email. You can enter your tracking number here, or you can contact our customer service at kaijensen@chimidoll.com, and our customer service team will reply within 24 hours!

We are very confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase; if not, we are happy to take it back.

General Timeframe:
Claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted to kaijensen@chimidoll.com within 30 days of receiving the item.
Claims for reasons unrelated to product quality, such as "dislike" or "unwanted," must be submitted to kaijensen@chimidoll.com within 14 days of receiving the item. However, if you do not use your item and keep it in its original condition and packaging, the timeframe can be extended to 30 days.

Note:
Please do not return items to the sender address on the package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Any return requests not authorized by customer service will not be accepted.
After returning items, customers are responsible for providing a tracking number.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

PayPal Account Refund:
Up to 48 hours
Credit Card Refund:
Between 5-10 business days
For some credit cards, refunds cannot be returned to the original payment account. In this case, we will request the customer to provide their PayPal account for the refund to be completed. Thank you for your understanding.
